Latin Grammy Award-winning rumba flamenco guitarist, Jesse Cook, is praised for his fiery, passionate guitar, Moorish rhythms and bold, energetic stage shows. Considered to be one of the best representatives of modern flamenco music, Cook is the only artist ever to have simultaneously dominated both the smooth jazz radio charts and Billboard New Age charts. His latest release The Rumba Foundation has been called ‘smoldering, spicy and deep – his best album yet.’

Located minutes from Sacramento, the $50 million, 80,000 square foot regional arts complex contains:

Stage One: 850-seat Theater. With a 46-foot proscenium, full stage house and orchestra pit, this is a venue capable of presenting all of the arts, from Broadway to symphonies, contemporary dance to world music. Stage One puts the art close to the audience, in an intimate venue reminiscent of the Globe Theater in England.

Folsom Lake College is a comprehensive, public community college, the 109th community college in the State of California and the fourth member of the Los Rios Community College District.
